Our acquisition of this naturally processed Sidamo is a wonderful edition to the EXO portfolio. The Oromia features a strong nose, laden with blueberry, cashew, bittersweet chocolate, and the occasional punctuation of bergamot. In the cup, much of the bouquet remains, carried by a moderate mouthfeel, and, curiously, brings an added unmistakeable underbelly of banana. The finish is long, with smooth chocolates, and the cup cools kindly.
